4 min brownie pie...(not so much 4 min)
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 C. butter, soft
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/4 C. hershey cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9'' pie pan. Cream your sugar and butter together. Then sift your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix your wet ingredients in another bowl adding slowly and switching between dry and wet ingredients into your sugar mixture starting and ending with dry ingredients. Fold in your chocolate chips. Pour mixture into your greased pan. bake for 30 min. let cool before serving.
