This is completely the truth!! As women, mothers and wives we always have things we are worrying about. I found if I concentrate to much on the worries, especially the ones I can't solve, it drains me. I'm ornery, not attentive, quicker to jump at everyone, and life is just miserable. It is easier said then done. This is what I've been working hard on this right now, trying to put my worries aside until I can deal with them. Its not easy but it makes it easier to Smile.
